What We Do Our focus is primarily on residential and light commercial A/C & heating repair and unit replacements. Whether you simply want us to service one small air conditioner or replace 100 complete systems, we are here for you and ready to get the job done. We have a substantial stock of repair parts, qualified service and installation personnel, we are a qualified HVAC dealer representing multiple brands with access to wholesale pricing, and we have a sheet metal shop to in-house custom manufacture duct parts for the installations we do.
Our Service Area Our primary service area is the East Valley (Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Ahwatukee, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Central & East Phoenix). Even though this is our geographic area of preference, please know that if you need us in other places of the metro Phoenix area we will be there for you, your family and your friends. Company History Pro Heating & Air Conditioning LLC was started in 2008. We look forward to many more years of growth and service to our valued customers in Arizona. We have extensive experience in the new construction industry, custom duct design, fabrication and installation, servicing apartment communities, and in servicing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. We are also embracing new and emerging technologies that we believe are practical and beneficial for our customers.
Our Credentials We are licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, holding a CR-39 Dual Residential and Commercial Air Conditioning & Refrigeration license. About The Owner Russell Pauken, the owner of the company, is personally involved with all aspects of the business. He is a licensed journeyman mechanical refrigeration technician (obtaining first license at age 17) and a licensed journeyman gas pipe fitter, holds Section 608 + 609 EPA refrigerant certification and has well over 35 years of experience in the A/C and heating industry. You get the benefit of all those years of experience on every job we do.
